Included with your suite:
All utilities (except phone) are included into your weekly lease payment.
Credit card machines are provided at Front Desk.
Each suite is provided with the equipment needed to start your business.
All suites have interior windows and windowed doors to feel open. Some suites also have exterior windows.
There is a break room provided that has a private entrance, refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer available to all suite renters.

This upscale location provides us easy access to one of the highest demographic areas in Colorado Springs to reach new luxury clientele.
What is a Salon Suite?
Salon Suites are the latest concept in Booth Rental Salons proving beauty professionals with the freedom and flexibility of their own private suite. Salon Suites provide an upscale environment that has taken Booth Rental to the next level without expensive overhead. More specifically witha collection of mini-salons all under one roof, customers are provided a luxurious environment for all their beauty needs. Each suite is a separate room with a private lockable entrance fully furnished with everything you need to run your own salon.
What is provided by the management?
The Jeunesse Salon and Spa Suites will feature a luxury reception area with full time receptionist, retail area, fireplace, and light refreshments.All utilities and laundry facilities will be provided at no extra charge.
What are the hours of operation for the complex?
You will have complete access to the complex 24 hours a day. A receptionist will be present in the Salon, Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
Can I paint my suite?
You will be allowed to change the paint color of your suite and to decorate your suite with other things such as pictures, accent furniture, etc.

Natural skin care has its roots in the 4th millennium BC in China and the Middle East. It is believed that the Egyptians developed many natural skin care treatments for a variety of skin conditions. One such treatment consists of bullock's bile, whipped ostrich eggs, olive oil, dough and resin mixed with milk.[citation needed] In the modern age many people with unique skin types and needs (sensitive skin, dry skin, oily skin) have turned to natural skin care solutions.
Some examples of natural skin care ingredients include jojoba, safflower oil, rose hip seed oil, shea butter, beeswax, witch hazel, aloe vera, tea tree oil, and chamomile. Many of these natural ingredient combinations can be tailored specifically to the individual's skin type or skin condition.
There is, however, no actual definition of natural according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All ingredients are chemicals by definition. "Derived" ingredients are unnatural both according to the original substance and the method of derivation.
The term natural has considerable market value in promoting skin care cosmetic products to consumers, but dermatologists say it has very little medical meaning and the FDA states the claim has no legal meaning. Despite pressure from advocacy groups such as The Environmental Working Group (EWG) the FDA has not defined what natural is or how to achieve it. Contrary to popular belief the FDA does not regulate the sale of skin care and cosmetic products before they are sold.
